Paperless Post Part Time Operational Support interview questions

Several rounds on camera, then required an unpaid project pertaining to some operational issues. Then required that I send them the project file, and then present the project on camera. Seven weeks in total, multiple rounds, and no decision - for a part time remote role. Candidate exploitation is not a good look.
