I'll preface this by saying that the vast majority of this interview experience was amazing. There were 3 interviews in total (that I received). The first was a basic "get to know you and your experience", the 2nd a more in depth interview, and beyond that, meeting with company execs. The first 2 interviews were great! Very personable, quite conversational -- how most people want interviews to be. The 3rd interview was about a month apart from the first 2 due to a hiring freeze. I willingly waited as the first 2 were so great! A month later, the 3rd interview happened. After that, and even after receiving so much positive feedback up until that point, literally nothing. No notice of rejection, no follow up. I was completely ghosted. I waited a full month for this place after being told that things were progressing very well, and suddenly, after that last interview, nothing. It soured the whole experience, I'm sorry to say.
