Interview
1. Phone call with HR (15 minutes) 2. Zoom meeting with TL (1 Hour) 3. Home assignment (SQL, Python, ETL) - A cool technical assignment in which there is no correct answer, it is important for them to see what assumptions the candidate will make and what they will offer. This was my most interesting interview assignment to date. 4. Zoom meeting with BI Developer based on the results of the home assignment. (45 minutes) Everyone was super nice, talking about current problems that the new employee would have to solve. They answered uncomfortable questions openly (I asked if they agreed with the numerous bad reviews on Glassdoor). But the result is a refusal, without any feedback. Not very nice considering the amount of time spent.
