Be warned this company is notorious to conduct interviews without have the job position open. It happened with myself, some Panzura workers referred me a job position and asked me to talk with the CTO. I made my first interview with him, he asked to see my contract with the previous company as a reference, because he didn't know how to hire and what is the contract process of Panzura, weeks passed by and he replied, he was checking the contract with the legal department and he got the OK to proceed with the technical interviews, he even dared to mention if they reach a consensus after the technical interviews he would use the standard Panzura consultant agreement. Made the first technical interview, the person was really friendly and very technical, all the interview went great and I was told at the spot that would be a pleasure to work with me soon. After that, 3 weeks passed in completely silence, I contact the CTO again and he just ghosted me and completely ignored me. After 1 month of waiting, I have contact some Panzura workers and they said: The CTO never had this job position open, he was waiting for the company to approve it, and it didn't happen. Be aware and warned, get away, very far away of these guys.
