Interview process was great, first 2 rounds were easy, HR wanted to understand how I think and STAR format is a must, Hiring manger was also more or less same.

Question 1
Describe a time you worked on a highly scalable application and what challenges you faced.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Panopto (London, England) in Nov 2022
Interview
The entire process from application to offer took about three weeks. It was one of the most organized and respectful interview experiences I’ve had.
Recruiter Screen: A very chill 30-minute call to discuss my background and why I was interested in Panopto.
Hiring Manager Interview: This felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. We talked about the company’s vision and how the team operates.
Interview Loop: A series of short 1-on-1s with potential teammates. Everyone was genuinely kind, and the questions focused more on culture fit and my approach to problem-solving rather than high-pressure technical "gotchas."

Panopto relies heavily on cross-functional collaboration. Can you tell us about a time you had to work with a teammate or department that had a different perspective or set of goals than yours? How did you ensure a successful outcome?
I applied online. I interviewed at Panopto (Sarajevo) in Jan 2024
Interview
Quick and smooth, got 2 interview rounds, didn't ask leetcode questions, genuinely looked at your code understanding. No long 5-6 stage interviews and professional! Atmosphere was nice and not stressfull and interviewers were really nice.
