I first applied and once they looked over my application they asked when I was available to have an interview in the store. On the day of my interview we went to a table and we discussed why you want to work at Panera Bread and other questions that created different scenarios between an employee and customer.

If a customer was not happy with their meal and so forth, what would you do?
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.

Interview
Simple, straightforward questions. Don’t stress and you will be fine. No trick questions, use common sense and be truthful. The questions are basic, entry level, and easy to answer with a day of preparation.
