Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
we set up a date and met at the store. The interview was just me and the manager siting at one of their tables in the front. I was also offered a free drink.
