Very straightforward. It was emphasized that people of all kinds are welcome and that the company strives to create a comfortable environment for everyone. That, and that Panera makes an effort to serve food that is good for you and makes you feel good.
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
