Interview
I walked in and asked to speak with the customer. He greeted me, offered me his phone number, and advised me to call him back after completing the online application. Did just that, and after calling he told me he'd give me a call back within the next three days. Did not do so, but I called back the next week and he promptly scheduled me for the next day at 10:30

Interview
The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
