The interview was Very quick and easy. They asked Typical questions for hospitality businesses. The employer who interviewed me was very kind and inviting and did not make the process intimidating at all.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Roseville, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
There was a group interview process where you were asked question that were work around on how you would behave or treat situations, how you organize your fridge (which is how you would store food products to comply with health codes). then they ask you to learn a product and pitch it to them as if you were trying to sell it to a customer.

Question 1
Nothing really out of the ordinary. just pay attention to the subtlety of the questions and the meanings behind them.
Asked questions regarding food safety and why I wanted the job , also discussed how my schedule would look if I were to get the job. I was then told I would be given a call regarding the decision whether I got the job or not
Great process very easy and they really try and fast track the hiring process. It is usually with a couple of the managers who will be overseeing your day to day.
