Interview
I got a call for an interview just a few hours after I applied for the job. I went in the next day and they offered me a job on the spot. However, there is a major communication issue with that Panera location, and I showed up for two different orientations only for them to tell me that they couldn't do it that day. After the second time, I decided to look for a different position elsewhere.

Interview
The interview was fairly simple and straight forward. We met in person at one of the owners franchised locations for the initial interview, and was hired to train as a baker to lead their new location.
I submitted the application in the store and had an interview with the manager within a week. I received an offer via phone call the next day. Overall smooth process.

Very relaxed interview, asked me basic questions and availability. They offered me a job on the spot however, it was not the position I applied for. I couldn't make the hours work that they wanted so I declined.
