I applied online and heard back within a week. The interview was very relaxed. Hiring manager asked behavioral questions about working in a team and dealing with difficulty. I was then hired that day. However, other coworkers did go through a second round interview.

Tell us about how you dealt with a difficult authority figure?
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
