Interview
They pretty much ask what your aspirations are and what you plan to do in the future. They also ask about availability although it's not too much a factor in hiring you (considering one of our members only works Tuesdays).
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.
