Interview
It was a group interview. They didn't even ask us work related questions. We were just asked what we liked to do and then ending up talking about our dogs. All 3 of us were hired on the spot. We were then given a mini tour of the cafe. It was a brand new cafe so they were hiring lots of people. They weren't asking for much
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.

The interviewer was friendly and informative, demonstrating knowledge of Panera's history, current values and goals. She asked about my experience in working in the food industry. She answered each question well.
