I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Allentown, PA) in Apr 2016
Interview
First interview I arrived ten minutes early. I asked for the lady who would be interviewing me, I was offered a drink, and then I was sat away from the customers. Easiest interview ever, very laid back and casual, I wasn't nervous at all. After the interview was over, I was scheduled the next day for my second one. Arrived early again, and it was very similar to the first. This time we discussed pay, orientation, availability, and training.
The GM told me to call tomorrow to see if I got the job or not. He seemed to really like me.
It was super easy! I applied and got an interview with them within a day. The interview was conducted in person, and was very conversational. The interview only lasted about ten to fifteen minutes.

They asked about job availability and work experience. They also listed out the job requirements and made sure to comply with them. Overall, not bad-it was pretty easy and simple.
