Easy, the interview was easy and in person and didn’t take too long for me to demonstrate that I could do a great job. It was distracting doing it in the store cause there were people walking in and out and getting their meals.
Nothing formal. The interview process was more like a casual get to know you. Also, I think everyone that "interviews" gets a job.
