Met with recruiter for 30 min screening call. My experience in previous roles was like for like with this role. Was told there were 4 rounds of interviews. Was told salary was budgeted for (albeit significantly below market rate) and potential start date 5 weeks out. Was asked for transparency as to other companies I was interviewing with and offered similar in return regarding other candidates. Was told to expect to hear about next round 4 days later. 5 days later received email saying role had been filled. Either this was a lie or the whole transparency thing was a lie. Either way, this combined with the low salary, I will not consider again in the future.

Question 1
Walk me through your work history.
How would you use AI in the workplace?
Good, straightforward, had to do a mock call, make sure you are structured and prepared, met with a few different people, took about 1 month in total. The recruiter was transparent and informed me of each step in the process

Mock call, questions that made me think of my feet
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PandaDoc (Marne-la-Vallee) in Apr 2025
Interview
The recruiter was great. The people I spoke with at the different stages were open and transparent about how things run within the organization, and they were very knowledgeable about sales. Even though I didn't get an offer, the feedback provided on the calls was very valuable.
