Applied was told I meet the minimum requirements due my several years managing experience.
Drove an hour to location for interview, was only asked 4 questions.
Later was offered a secondary virtual interview that no showed without any communication.
After several follow ups regarding the secondary interview that I was offered. Over a week later, I receive a text & email stating I do not meet the qualifications and that I should apply for jobs that better fit my experience.
Overall, whole experience was not serious, contradicting, and unprofessional.

Secured two interviews back to back in the same day, waited for a third then received an email saying I wasn't selected. Not sure why I wasn't selected. I applied for the Bakersfield location but it seemed like they were interviewing for a location an hour away.

Interview
Zoom interview; you meet in a lobby with a group of people and then are sent to breakouts rooms. The initial interview is a welcome interview and then there are additional interviews. They let you know pretty quickly if you made it to the next round

Interview
Was easy and very thorough, I learned a lot during my first and second interviews. I did some video submissions answering generic questions in my first interview and in my second, I had a video interview with the hiring manager for the area.
