I went in person for an interview with a manager. The questions were mostly about any work experience and qualities that I have as well as my availability. After that I had a over the phone interview and they asked me the same things as well as how I would handle certain situations in the store.

They do a lot of hiring events. I went to one and even now as I work here they held one in that location too. The regional manager is there, other store managers and training managers are there as well.
