I applied for the job online through the Panda site and got a response a week later about the job. They first contact me via email to schedule a phone interview with the company. They then scheduled an in-person interview with me at the corporate office a month later. The associate that I interviewed with in the HR department was extremely polite, kind and friendly. Being a recent graduate and still fairly new to the workforce, I knew my interviewing skill were not that great and definitely below par. The interviewer saw that I was still very anxious throughout the interview and towards the end, she smiled and stopped to offer me coaching in the areas in which I could improve in. This kind of shocked me as I thought that the interview was over because of my nervousness and my crummy answers. As most interviewers would never do this, it was a pleasant surprise to see that level of care she had towards me and my success as a young professional. I was lucky enough to be given a second chance to interview with her a few weeks later. I was able to incorporate what I learned and passed that second interview and then moved on to meet with both the department manager/supervisor that same day. They were both also very nice/personable and ultimately, I was able to make a great first impression with the department manager/supervisor (thanks to the HR associate for helping me and teaching me) and was given an opportunity to work for them!
