Basic. 30 minutes. Asked about experience and standard behavioral questions. Manager and assistant manager were present. Shift lead joined half way through. All were pleasant and nice. Although shift lead seemed a bit rushed and flustered.

The whole interview lasted about thirty minutes and was full of simple questions. They mostly wanted to know about me and has me explain my background. They also wanted examples of how my past background would be helpful for their store and staff.

Casual, fast food restaurant so not expecting much to worry about. Other interviewee showed up in jeans, we probably both got the job. She forgot who was who when calling us back so I think anyone who interviewed was hired.
