Very simple and quick interview just asked about availability and where I worked before no questions about customer service or anything like that and then called back within a week and said I got the job and started training the next week.

Just face to face interview which includes questions about ur previous work experimce and your roles and responsibilities and how also some behaviour questions and what you have leart from your previous job roles and how you gonna implement in upcoming job role
