The hiring process consisted of a first round Screen interview by cell phone which was 30 minutes followed by a second round hiring manager interview on zoom which lasted for about 45 minutes

What are common negotiating points in a purchase agreement?
detailed in-depth interview over video with recruiter, then internal HR, then junior counsel and finally hiring manager. Formal with detailed topics for discussion and collegial atmosphere. Worked primarily through the HR point of contact, and did not receive much feedback from hiring partner. Little emphasis on dress or demeanor and more-so to work product.
