Did a phone screen and a week later got an email with a tentative schedule fro 2nd and 3rd interviews 2nd interview time cam and i had no link for interview. Emailed recruiter and was told only 3rd interview would happen now but still no link. Time came for interview today and no link and no reply from recruiter or hiring manger. Very poor process.
