I networked in order to get the interview but I also applied online. I spoke with the Sr. Manager first and that interview felt more like a casual conversation. I was then invited to speak to the hiring manager. Both conversations were via Zoom. The 2nd interview had more standard questions and she asked me a lot of behavioral based questions. The interview should probably have been scheduled for 45 mins or an hour because it felt rushed and I was not able to ask all my questions. The process was professional and they got back to me in a timely fashion.
