I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks (Santa Clara, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
This is probably one of the worst interview experiences I had. First, recruiter was late about 15 min for our phone screening. Then she asked for my availbility to schedule a call with the hiring manager. The next day, I received a call from the hiring manager without any confirmation regarding the schedule. Also, the time wasn't even based on my availability! Later I was invited to an onsite where I met 4 peers. There was a brand embassador who welcomed me and gave me a goodie bag since it was my first time visit. The 4 peers were all very friendly and nice so I decided to continue the process regardless of previous bad experience. Then I was invited onsite to meet with management and some other people reporting to the hiring manager. The people reporting to the hiring manager were complaining about the hiring manager most of the time. I had a feeling that they were trying to convince me not to join. After two phone interviews and two onsites meeting with 11 people, I never received any rejection email/call from them, it was radio silence afterward.

Question 1
Talked about my experience and how I would do things
Easy fast smooth never going to let you fail and easy hiring process only needed one interview not 4 and everyone was very friendly and nice to talk to in a short amount of time but
Quick to respond, explained duties and expectations overall well thought out. Multiple rounds needed for certain positions. Higher up positions take even more rounds of interviews. Referrals helped to get in front of the hiring manager quickly and discuss if it was a good fit or not.

How do you motivate SE staff with multiple priorities?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Palo Alto Networks (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter. I had an initial phone interview, one on one with the hiring manager and then a panel interview. I set aside about 7 hours of my time and this recruiter/company felt it appropriate to completely ghost me. I have reached out numerous times for any type of feedback and have been ignored. I expected more from of company of this size and reputation.
