Extremely unorganized HR. The HR person I spoke to was a mess. He wasn't paying attention during our call (I could hear him typing/doing something else). After interviewing for the first round, I got an email the next day asking to set up a time for the first round again. Clearly, he forgot that he had spoken to me the previous day. After I pointed that out, he did not even have the courtesy to apologize. I understand that peak season can be busy, but this is no way to treat a candidate.
The interview process was good. It was just a bit long but they had smart interviewers who obviously knew what they were doing. Wow 30 word min is a lot my lord.
I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
I had two rounds and the later round had a technical and behavioral component. The behavioral component asked about why I wanted the job and my previous experiences. They asked about how well I collaborate as well.
