After an automated code challenge and short screening phone call I was invited out to their Singapore office for an in person interview. Palantir paid for my flight from Delhi and put me up in a very nice hotel. The interviewers were well-prepared and pleasant. The interview was about two hours long, with 2 different interviewers. The interview questions were difficult. The first was a whiteboard question, the second was a Java programming question.

Question 1
The Java challenge was to devise a representation of an NxN tic-tac-toe game board, with the variation you only need to tokens M in a row to win (in any direction), such that a win can be verified in O(1) time.
Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.
I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
I have so far completed the 20 minute recruiter call, which was an easy behavioral. They asked me what I'm looking for in a job and what I do at my current role.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
Quick call with recruiter then technical interview. First call was easy, fit of company etc... Technical interview was leetcode easy and code walk through. Overall, much easier than what I had read online.
