I started by sending off a resume and cover letter. About a week later I was contacted to arrange a phone interview. The first one went well and another week went by when I had another. That was followed by one Skype interview. All were behavioral. I was then invited to Palo Alto where I had an on-site interview with four analysts, the hiring manager, the lead recruiter, and the CTO of the company. I was extended an offer about a week after. They catered well to my expiring offers from other companies. All the interviewers included a behavioral component and case study to gauge your critical thinking. They want candidates that fit in the Silicon Valley, tech startup mould, and are interesting people with interesting backgrounds.
