Applied through a Recruiter, had three phone interviews with Palantir. Initial Recruiter interview, two Operations team members. Kind of a bummer, but the team members were very, very nice. Just hard that after 3 phone interviews they don't think I have enough work experience with a Tech background. I do something very similar now but in a different industry, and just need a chance.

Applied online, recieved a call from a recruiter who reached out 1 month later. A phone screen was conducted which took about an hour. I was then contacted by the recruiter for next steps for an additional phone screen with an employee in there operations department. After both phone screens I was told my skills and experience are not a match. My opinion would be that this is something you would have noticed before initially speaking with me for an hour.
