I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Page Southerland Page (Washington, DC) in Jun 2022
Interview
Applied online then received a call from HR to schedule an in person interview.
The interview mostly consisted of the "Principal" describing the job and what they do. Very comfortable environment and received a tour of the offices. Big on mentioning having a mentor when you first start.
I thought the interview went well and they said to contacted them. I did the first follow up email which took them a while to respond with a formal application and then a few more times to follow up which I then haven't heard from them since. Note to everyone: always ask when you will hear by so you're not left hanging.

How will you fit in their company
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Page Southerland Page
Interview
Interviews were very personable, mostly to get a sense of cultural fit within the company. Two rounds of phone meetings with department director(s) and with managers/peers that felt very comfortable.

For a fun question, they asked what was the last book I read and last book I gifted.
