It was your normal, standard interview. You explain what you currently do and if you're familiar with their procedures. They'll also ask you a range of your desired salary. Unfortunately, I was ghosted and never heard back despite have 2 amazing interviews. Turns out I would have needed to take a substantial pay cut if I did get the job.
