I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacor Inc. (Bordentown, NJ)
Interview
I offered examples of my former work and did most of the talking - questions were fairly standard and straightforward - not unlike any other professional interview - interviewer was not very good at this task

Question 1
Standard fare for interview questions - what you would expect in a professional setting - had to come back to meet owners who spoke very little in second interview
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pacor Inc. (Bordentown, NJ) in Feb 2016
Interview
Started out with a fairly standard phone interview, except they asked me to call into them- I thought this was odd. After the phone interview was invited back in for a face to face with two members of management - the interview was awkward, but went well enough that I was asked to come back and meet with the president of the company. This too was awkward and felt they were very poor interviewers. I did my best to represent myself and felt that I was the only one keeping the conversation moving. The president must not have spent any time reviewing my background as he didn't even know where I was currently working. Very disappointing experience -did not get he job and was not given any feedback on why - very un professional place.. They also worked through a very confusing recruiting service called Recruitify - this was a disaster, as I was getting strange e-mails from different folks and not until the very end of the process did an actual person contact me.

Question 1
I was asked about my toughest interview question and gave a solid answer. This was for a sourcing manager job, so I thought here would be more about my negotiating experience - there was not.
