Following was the process for hiring :
1: We have to write a paragraph in english this is basically for testing your grammatical skills.
2: Have to solve Apti Questions basically its easy any anyone can solve it.
3: Have to point out errors from a html document.
4: Have to write 2 emails professionally acting as a Content Development Editor of the
Company.
5: After this all HR interview

They didn't hire me because of my IT degree and my reaction towards the company.

Question 1
Why do you want to work with a publishing company with an IT degree?
Interview is easy to crack. First round is resume shortlisted followed by aptitude test, written test and a coding test. If you clear these rounds, there can be additional rounds as well for face to face Interaction with your line manager.
