First we were given a form to fill up our details, after that we were supposed to write an essay of 250 words. These were the next rounds:
1. Grammar tests
2. Online test
3. Personal Interviews with: HR
4. Manager
5. Senior Manager
All the interviews were regarding the job description and about your resume. There were no technical questions. Also the managers were very honest about the expectations, company policies, and work culture.

Question 1
Do you wish to continue in your role or eventually become a manager?
There was a simple editing test and then an interview with someone from the higher management. Interview was simple, just had discussion my experience/academic qualifications with them. Later had an HR interview to discuss salary and so on.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Packt (Mumbai)
Interview
It was a long process that began with an essay. On clearing the essay, a basic editing test was administered on paper. Followed by 2 more editing test. Then one editing test consisting of 4 paragraphs on computer in MS Word using track changes.
Then HR round based on resume, then one round with team leader and then with manager.
