The first interview was virtual. You were expected to video record your answers to specific questions. How impersonal can you get? I then got called into their Beverly Hills location for a second interview. I met with three managers and they all seemed pretty nice. 2 hours later a recruiter called me to say I got the job and that the offer was $48K a year. In the first interview, once of the questions was salary expectations and I said $60-68K...given on the job post they said they were willing to pay up to $68K. The recruiter said "well that is just the market rate for tellers." I tried to counter the offer with the managers, but they wouldn't budge. I declined. A complete waste of time. No one can live in LA on that salary unless they're living rent free with family or live in a van.
