I applied online then 5 weeks later I receive a call indicating I have an interview. I set up the interview. A very friendly process throughout, everyone was very pleasant. The time between applying and receiving word of an interview was a bit long, not unusual as I am finding out.

I was set up for a Phone interview and I am not very good at interviews face to face, but need to improve on my skills. The interview was about 30 min. I started out great then the wheels fell off.
