It was an hour and a half long interview with 5 members of the team. The interview included introductions, they gave a presentation about their company, and then there was a period of time for their team to ask questions (technical and career goal).

3 rounds of interviews: traditional get to know you style, problem solving applied human factors presentation, and presentation on a project I have participated in. Really tough questions but very interesting if you're passionate about human factors!
