2. Zoom interview with technical lead
3. In person-interview with technical lead, team member, CEO
The phone screening simply asks basic questions like if you have a car, how many years of experience you have with React, JS, and Next. The second interview is more about the work you did at your previous job. For the third interview, you have a technical project that's essentially a REST API that you present.
