Interview
As I recall it was brief as they needed someone quickly. Most of my experience has been in the metals industry working very closely with all personnel to satisfy customer and scheduling requirements. Having worked with a variety of MRP/ERP systems, I am especially effective in extracting information through report writing to develop performance reports and solve problems.

Interview
It was very easy I was asked a few questions being straight out of school. I had experience in solidworks and catia which came useful since everything they did was on Catia. They are mainly a machine house but do require engineering analysis, drafting, modeling and other qualifications.

I was interviewed by 3 really creepy people after having been invited by the head of human resources Carolyn Lyding who is the retirement services administrator daughter and a really good friend of the owner.
