I went through a phone interview with Billy, then a second personal interview with Billy that lasted about two hours. Then had a final interview with Randy and Lara. I was offered the job the next day.

Three different interviews, back ground and reference checks, etc. Something that Pacia Life is doing now that they didn't when I first started is they have included job shadowing as well.

Interview
Fairly simple detailed background check and many questions unrelated to the job directly. You meet with quite afee people during the process. Which is slightly intimidating. However it’s a fairly quick process.
