The interview process was okay. Initially I was told there would only be 2 interviews, but that was later changed to 4. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and easy to speak with. They asked fairly standard interview questions for the position. During the process they were very communicative and responsive. The problem came in after the final interview. When I asked for timelines and next steps they were not sure. I sent 3 follow up emails, each a week apart which felt appropriate considering the amount of time i spent interviewing. No one ever responded to those emails. Rather, 6 weeks later I got an automated rejection email. After 4 rounds of interviews and numerous requests for follow up. It was unprofessional and didn't feel great considering all the time and effort that I had invested in the process.
