Interview
Met with a representitive in NZ, sent my CV to him when he arrived back in Australia then flew over for a interview and flew back to NZ. Needed to get a visa for Australia so the time from the 1st meeting to starting the job was around 3 months ue to this but otherwise the process would have been much quicker.
