Interview
I was invited to attend a recruiter screening via Teams. The next stage would have been an in-person interview at their Manchester Airport site.
I was told by the recruiter that they would let me know the outcome in a couple of weeks. I followed up with the recruiter directly as I never heard back. The recruiter never responded to me and just sent me an automated message saying I was unsuccessful. It was very unprofessional and felt like I had been ghosted.
I also noticed that the job had been reposted multiple times since then.
I would have appreciated an actual response from the recruiter and feedback as to why I was unsuccessful.
Very disappointing experience as it looked like a great opportunity and a job that I would have thrived in.

The interview process focused on discussing my past experiences to assess their relevance to the Talent & Development role, along with case studies to evaluate my problem-solving skills. I was also asked about my HR knowledge, learning strategies, and how I would contribute to organizational development.
