The process started with an initial HR interview, followed by a personality pre-assessment test. After that, they scheduled a technical interview that was supposed to last 1 hour.
The interviewer joined, had a short chat, and then said, “share your screen — I’ll tell you a problem, and you write the solution.” There was no written task, no diagram, and no context whatsoever. He verbally described a random, complex problem — probably something he had personally struggled with — and expected me to solve it from scratch in 30 minutes.
The session ended up taking 1 hour and 30 minutes, far beyond the planned time, with no structure! Despite putting in the effort, I received a simple rejection with no feedback or clear reason.
Overall, it was one of the most unprofessional and poorly managed interview experiences I’ve had. There was no respect for time, no transparency, and no understanding of what a fair technical evaluation looks like. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this company.
