Interview
Interviewed remotely. It is not what you would think by the name. It is rather like an associate job at wealth management firms where you process basic tasks like tracking customer investment performance.
Asked questions around simple Excel tasks which I do not use on a daily basis (I use more advanced functions recently, such as VBA for calculating efficient frontier. plus I use other software or process like Python, Tableau etc).
Also an overkill for CFA candidates above Level 1.

One screening, two interviews, one strategy meeting. External HR partner reached out to me through LinkedIn. Called me to screen for suitability. Interviewed with Team & Communications Manager, then later the lead Advisor. Gave feedback to HR partner. Whole interview process took about two and a half weeks.
