Contacted for interview 3 weeks after applying. Phone Interview with engineering manager, HR rep, and principle engineer. Got job offer one week after and had to drug test within two weeks.

Question 1
Name a time in your engineering studies or in industry you worked with or built a control system.
Simple casual conversation. No technical questions, assessed my skills and interests. Emphasis on communication skills and personability. Spoke with who would become my managers. One interview no follow up. This was for an engineering position btw.
They asked me questions about my resume, past experiences, and how I would handle certain situations. It was a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The process was smooth and gave me a good sense of what the company is like.

Interview
Zoom call with a couple of peers on the team with about 8 back to back questions. A bit challenging but not super technical heavy for an engineering internship role. Mostly STAR type questions asking about specific times or experiences.
