I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview was an all day thing. Honestly its just like everyone has said online. About 100 people showed up. They start by telling you about the company. Then you take a break and come back to line up by numbers. You return to the interview room and each person is asked to stand in front of the panel and tell their name then answer a random question and read a prompt. After the last person you take another break and return to be divided into two groups. One group is sent home and the other stays for face to face interviews. If you make it to this point you'll be told that they will let you know within two weeks if you are selected.
