Interview
The first step after applying is the Behavioral Questionnaire. Then it’s a recorded video interview. You do not get any retakes for the questions. So be prepared to think fast and just be yourself. Then if invited they do a one on one interview in Charlotte, NC. Last is an offer. No problems with the interview.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Interview
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
