I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PSA Airlines (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
This was one of the better regional f2f ive ever been to. We gathered in the cafeteria and waited to be called into a classroom. Listened a presentation. Went on a 10 minute break in case anyone wanted to leave. Came back and one by one announced our names, fun fact, and read a bit if announcement. Went back to the cafeteria and they called us one by one back to the classroom for a one on one. Just a few questions from 2 separate flight attendants. Received a cjo via email a few hours later. The staff was really friendly and treated you like a person. Very warm and welcoming. But also down to business. Remember to dress to impress. Business formal. And remember to be bubbly and bright for the entire process.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.
